Complexity analysis of key building blocks – first

This report introduces and illustrates the scope and the methodology of the complexity analysis process. It covers all related issues, and is completed with illustrative examples of application. Despites the misleading title, the actual complexity analysis of key building blocks is not part of this first version, but will be reported in the final D5.2b deliverable; this preliminary one has been added to the list of deliverables during the project life, in order to define early enough how to perform this design step, and to report WP5 progress and activities before the originally unique D5.2 deliverable.
